Our services include managing affiliate marketing for influencers, providing training and courses for affiliates, and facilitating an online community for education and support.
3. Services and Products
Affiliate Marketing Management: We provide full-service affiliate marketing management for influencers, including managing drive folders, Discord servers, and offering video courses and training for affiliates. Online Community Subscription: We offer a subscription-based online community for affiliates, where members receive access to video courses, weekly calls, and community support.
4. Payment and Billing
Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit cards, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency.Billing Frequency: Affiliates are billed monthly at a rate of $47 for access to the online community. Influencers are billed monthly retainers as per their contract, which includes a percentage of affiliate sales after the initial 4-month term.Refunds & Cancellations: Affiliates can cancel their monthly subscription at any time; however, no refunds will be given for any reason. Influencers are bound by a 4-month contract with monthly retainer payments, and no refunds are provided.
5. Use of the Website
User Accounts: All user activities are governed by Discord and Go High Level policies. By using these platforms, you agree to their terms.Prohibited Activities: Users are prohibited from engaging in spam, misuse of information, disrespectful conduct, and any other activities deemed harmful. We reserve the right to terminate any account or service without refund if these terms are violated.Content Ownership: While content is owned by the influencers, they agree to lease their content rights to UNLIMITED LUXURY ENTERPRISE LLC for the duration of their contract.

All content provided by or within our services, including educational materials and affiliate resources, is copyrighted and owned by UNLIMITED LUXURY ENTERPRISE LLC. Affiliates may only share or use the content as specified within our Discord community.
7. Liability & Disclaimers
UNLIMITED LUXURY ENTERPRISE LLC holds no liability for any direct or indirect damages that may arise from using our services. We make no guarantees regarding the results or success of our affiliate marketing or educational programs.
8. Termination and Suspension
Affiliates: Affiliates may terminate their subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided.Influencers: The terms of termination and suspension for influencers are specified in the contract. Termination of services follows the terms outlined within the individual contracts.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Data collection and handling are governed by the policies of Discord and Go High Level. By using our services, you agree to these platforms' terms regarding privacy and data protection.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided will be handled under Wyoming jurisdiction.
